Please Join Me For an Intentional, Refreshing, Rejuvenating, Inspiring, Nurturing Experience of thirty minutes of Uninterrupted Music and Dance Therapy Event. We will immerse our essence into/with songs. To Join with audio over the phone (only) You Can Call in using ______ . You can also connect to the Event with audio and visual and make your video public or private. Treat yourself to something Brand New, join us. The Vibrational (vibes) Energy of those Invited- is strictly of the Healthiest of Lifestyles.
Preparation:
Please set aside 15 mins (or so) ahead, to prepare. Please determine where you will position your device. Please consider and confirm the ideal: device/ lighting/ angle/ sharpness/ zoom/ focus/ volume/ distance from a charging source.
Please fully charge the device.
Please begin the Event by Standing in a space that allows for Dancing Freely and Safely- Even if you do not plan to Dance.
Please have your hands free.
Please have the noise level comfortably low. Then, please peruse the environment and remove distractions.
Please consider having a ready-to-use Journal (please check product section in the future for available Suggestions) on Hand to notate- when/as you feel the presence of new ideas/ thoughts/ visions/ messages/ epiphanies/ memories/ goals/ the indescribable/ realizations/ revelation/ recipes/ wishes/ travel plans/ new understanding/ lyrics. Please consider giving this is a go and being one with what comes that is note worthy, no judgement or analysis. Many self-made successful people attribute their success to this Method/Habit. We will give ourselves this opportunity, and not deny the power it can have for us. We are determined to achieve the best results possible, and exceed those results too.
Please make sure you are adequately Hydrated and with a reasonably content Belly (button?).
Please dress in light, comfortable attire, such as active wear or pajamas. Please consider the best option for your feet, that will support Dancing in your environment. Please confirm that your hair is styled so it does not require any attention.
Please consider wearing ear phones/pods to support the immersion into the music. Once the music begins Please turn the volume high enough so that you can not hear yourself singing along.
Please take the time to become relaxed before we begin. What relaxes you … tea, merlot, a cigar, herbs, exercise, yoga, stretching, walking, aromatherapy, knitting, art, writing, reading.
